Basic Information on Accommodation Types: :

Our houses are let on partially furnished basis, while apartments are let either fully-furnished, partially-furnished or serviced with furnishing, housekeeping and utilities included.

A fully-furnished accommodation features built-in cabinets, lightings & fittings, complete sets of furniture, curtains, electrical appliances, individual air-conditioning units, storage water heating, linen, cutlery and crockery. The serviced package includes provision of housekeeping, direct telephone line, utilities like gas, electricity, water supply, cable TV (standard landlord provision) and broadband internet subscription (Computer and wireless not provided).

Partially-furnished accommodation features built-in cabinets, lightings & fittings, electrical appliances – washer, dryer, wall oven, cooker hob & hood, refrigerator, dishwasher (not applicable for the partially-furnished apartments), individual air-conditioning units and storage water heating.

Utilities such as gas, electricity, water supply, telephone, pay TV and Internet subscription are directly under the Tenants’ own accounts and must be applied directly to the services providers.
