Terms & Conditions for Serviced Apartments

• We accept minimum bookings of 7 nights
• The above rates exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax and any other Government rates and taxes and may be imposed from time to time, without prior notice
• We accept check-ins from 3:00 p.m. with check-outs by 12 noon
• Twice weekly housekeeping with change of bed and bath linens, from Mon-Sat (public holidays & week ends excepted)
• The rates stated herein are promotional rates and is non-commissionable
• A non-refundable deposit of S$500.00 is required for reservation
