Terms & Conditions for Apartments

• We accept minimum bookings of 7 nights.
• No Cancellation once booking is confirmed.
• The above rates exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax and any other Government rates and taxes and may be imposed from time to time, without prior notice.
• We accept check-ins from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with check-outs by 12 noon. Half-day rate surcharge is applicable for any early check-ins or late check-outs other than stipulated times.
• Twice weekly General Upkeep with change of bed and bath linens, from Mon-Fri (public holidays & week ends excepted).
• A S$500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Any change of date within 21 days of arrival date may be subject to additional charges.
• In event of no show, the SGD500.00 will be forfeited. Apartments guaranteed will be held until our check-out time the day following scheduled arrival date.
• For stays and extension of less than 1 month, the above quoted daily rates shall apply.
• We have a no-pets policy which include cats, dogs, and any other domestic pets.
